Note: Requests made after the 30-day window will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, typically resulting in store credit rather than a full refund.

5. Step-by-Step Return Process

- Receive Label: Once approved, we will email you a PDF shipping label (FedEx or UPS).
- Package Safely: Place the item in its original box or a similar protective mailer. For spare tire covers, please roll rather than fold to prevent permanent creases.
- Drop-off: Drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
- Inspection & Refund: Once the package reaches our Denver facility (1500 N Grant St, Suite B), we will inspect it within 48 hours and process your refund or exchange.
6. Exchanges for Car Accessories
