Ordering & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept secure payments via PayPal and Venmo. These platforms allow you to pay using your balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit cards.

Q: Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers. Ideanize does not store or have access to your full payment details.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within a strict 2-hour grace period after purchase. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Denver, Colorado.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Total delivery time is typically 8–13 business days, including processing and transit via FedEx or UPS.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking data to update.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. Ideanize provides prepaid return shipping labels for all eligible returns.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement or full refund once the damage is verified.

Products & Fitment

Q: Are your products custom-made?

Many of our products are customized or vehicle-specific. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Q: How do I know if a product fits my vehicle?

We provide detailed product descriptions and fitment guidance. Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before purchasing.

Q: Are slight variations normal?

Yes. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to manufacturing and screen differences. These are not considered defects.
