⏱️ The 2-Hour Grace Period
To ensure rapid delivery, our fulfillment process begins almost immediately.

1. Why the 2-Hour Limit?

At ideanize.com, many of our premium car accessories, such as our wooden photo cars and custom tailgate wraps, are processed for production within hours of your order.

Once our warehouse team at 1500 N Grant St picks the raw materials or begins the printing process, we are unable to halt the workflow without significant waste.

Therefore, we offer a strict 2-hour window for cancellations or modifications.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

If you need to cancel your purchase within the 2-hour window, please follow these exact steps to ensure our support team sees your request immediately:

  1. Draft an Email: Send a message to support@ideanize.com.
  2. Subject Line: Use "URGENT: Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]".
  3. Include Details: Provide your full name and the specific items you wish to cancel (e.g., spare tire cover, neck pillow).
After the 2-Hour Window
If more than 2 hours have elapsed since your order was placed, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, please wait for the item to arrive and then follow our Return & Exchange Policy to return the item for a full refund. Remember, we provide the return shipping label!

3. Modification Requests

Requests to change shipping addresses, change sizes (e.g., for car seat covers), or swap designs are also bound by the 2-hour rule.

We will do our absolute best to accommodate changes, but once the order enters "Processing" status in our system, no further modifications can be made.

4. Refunds for Cancellations

When an order is successfully canceled within the grace period, a full refund is processed immediately.

You will receive a confirmation email, and funds typically reappear in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer.
